Good morning! Tomorrow we have our first dual in Orland. If new to the team, a dual is an informal competition between age group swimmers. Kids get to practice racing kids their age without the formality of an invitational. I encourage everyone to try it at least once. Please sign up on our website. Click "meets and events"/"Orland/Corning/Willows" then click your swimmer. You may enter up to two events as well as an IM. If you're unsure what to select, ask the coaches or message me. Please sign up before noon tomorrow. Warmups begin at 5:30, dual at 6:00. Please arrive at 5:15. The address is included on the event page of the website. If your swimmers are not attending, please go to the webiste and declare "not attending".
